This email invitation is our second reminder of the Defense Security Service (DSS) annual on-line survey to provide your Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) projections for budgeting and planning purposes. 

The Survey closes on May 9, 2008 at 4 PM eastern daylight time.  Responses are only submitted through the on-line survey.  Please submit your projections by the May 9th closing date.

We encourage you to open your Survey link (below) so you are able to confirm that there is no issue with your access to the Survey.  We do understand that many Facility Security Officers are still in the midst of compiling and reviewing your data before you input data into the Survey.
