Dear %T1978493277.Q1_2% or Designee:

This email invitation is our third reminder of the Defense Security Service (DSS) annual on-line survey to provide your Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) projections for budgeting and planning purposes.  The Survey closes on May 9, 2008 at 4 PM eastern daylight time. Responses are only submitted through the on-line survey.

Shoud you open the survey link in this email?  
    1. No,  if you already included the PSI projections for the CAGE Code in the Subject line of this third reminder in a consolidated submission through another CAGE Code or, you know that another CAGE Code included the projections in a consolidated submission.
    2.  Perhaps:  Some FSOs have inadvertently saved their survey input; but not submitted it.  You must have clicked on the button indicating click here to submit your survey projections.  If you did not, please open the survey link below. All the data you previously input is still there and you will start on the first page of the survey.
    3,  Perhaps:   if you believe you are receiving this message in error (please hit "reply" to provide the reasons why and send response back to DSS).  
 
Please submit your projections by the May 9th closing date.

We encourage you to open your Survey link (below) so you are able to confirm that there is no issue with your access to the Survey. We do understand that many Facility Security Officers are still in the midst of compiling and reviewing your data before you input data into the Survey.
