What is ED's response to the current terms of clearance? They read: "Although time constraints limit the time period for responses in year 1, Ed agrees to provide respondents with ample time to respond to this collection in years 2 and 3. Upon resubmission of this collection, Ed will update OMB on how much time respondents were given to complete this collection in years 2 and 3."
OME Answer
The respondents were given approximately 75 days to return the BMEP survey in 2005. This time allotment proved to be sufficient; therefore, the respondents were given 75 days to return the survey in the following years of 2006 and 2007 as well.
