Approval is sought for an additional follow-up survey to be conducted as part of the Individual Training Account (ITA) Experiment. The experiment is designed to test three different approaches to providing ITA's. Data from this follow-up survey of ITA customers will be used by the Department to understand experiences inside the workforce system and labor market outcomes for ITA customers. Measures of these experiences and outcomes are necessary to the evaluation of the three approaches.
It is estimated that fewer respondents will be surveyed for this follow-up effort 3360 rather than 3840); therefore fewer hours are estimated to be needed (1,120)than previously anticipated, requested and approved (1920).
