Federal Milk Order Programs,
Regulations require milk handlers to report in detail the receipt
and utilization of milk and milk products handled at each of their
plants that are regulated by a Federal Order. The data are needed
to administer the classified pricing system and related
requirements of each Federal Order.

Since the last submission,
there has been a decrease in the number of producer payrolls,
generating a decrease of -197 hours in burden since 2004. Such
reduction is greater than the slight increase in respondents in the
program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
