A 60-Day Notice requesting comments was published in the Federal Register on November 30, 2007 [72 FR 67782]. No comments pertaining to this information collection were received. A 30-Day Notice requesting comments was published in the Federal Register on February 13, 2008 [73 FR 8400]. No comments pertaining to this information collection were received. During the review process for this information collection, it was discovered that the burden hours referenced in the aforementioned Notices did not reference accurate calculations for this information collection. A 30-Day Notice revising the burden hours has been submitted to the Federal Register for immediate publication.
