primacy agency, and EPA burden for the Surface Water Treatment Rule
(except disinfectant residual monitoring), Total Coliform Rule,
Interim Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule, Filter Backwash
Recycle Rule, Long Term 1 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment

Water Rule.
The increase is primarily due
to adjustments to burden based on consultations with drinking water

of the burden hours for the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water
Treatment Rule and the Ground Water Rule).
