Abstract: This information collection is used by the FMCSA to identify its regulated entities, help prioritize the agency's activities, and aid in assessing the safety outcomes of those activities. This information collection request (ICR) is being revised due to requirements in a final rule entitled, "New Entrant Safety Assurance Process," that would raise the standard for passing the new entrant safety audit.
