Public Law 99-396 provides for certain
aliens to be exempt from the nonimmigrant visa requirement if
seeking entry into and stay on Guam as a visitor under certain
conditions. It is being expanded to aliens seeking entry into the
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. This form, the I-760,
is the agreement between carrier of the alien and the United
States.
Public Law 110-229 requires
that the Guam Visa Waiver Program which is currently administered
by CBP be expanded to include the Commonwealth of the Northern
Mariana Islands. This may result in an increase to the burden hours
of this information collection.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
