Child Care Access Means Parent In School Program grantees must submit the report annually. The report provides the Department of Education with information needed to evaluate a grantee's performance and compliance with program requirements in accordance with the program authorizing statute. The data collected is also aggregated to provide national information on project participants and program outcomes.
