Abstract: Past performance information is relevant information for future source selection purposes, regarding a contractor's actions under previously awarded contracts. When past performance is to be evaluated, the rule states that the solicitation shall afford offers the opportunity to identify Federal, state, and local government, and private contracts performed by offers that were similar in nature to the contract being evaluated.
