Change Justification for 0648-0342
This request is for the addition of responses and hours to totals of 8,000 and 9,000, respectively,
so that when future information collection (IC) requests under this genetic collection are
submitted, there will be a ceiling to accommodate the additional responses and burden. This
action is being taken on the advice of the ROCIS staff. Without this ceiling, when an IC is
submitted, the ROCIS system would send a message that there are no available burden hours.
