Abstract: The Federal financial institutions supervisory agencies, the U.S. Departments of Justice and Treasury, and several law enforcement agencies jointly designed this interagency reporting form. It is used by financial institutions to apprise law enforcement authorities of any known or suspected criminal misconduct at financial institutions.
