We are preparing forecasts of 2006 Oregon tree fruit production. Please take a few moments to fill out this questionnaire during this busy season. Response is voluntary and not required by law, but your answers are needed for accurate estimates. Individual reports will be kept confidential. Please note the instructions and mail your report promptly in the enclosed envelope. Your comments on this year’s crops are valued. Thank you for your cooperation.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Report the total quantity of fruit harvested from your orchards during 2005 and the quantity expected to be harvested in 2006 based on current conditions.

2. Report the expected production of fruit for your growing area as a percentage of a full crop. Let 100% represent the full crop you would expect if there was no damage from unfavorable weather, insects, disease, etc.

Use "F" to indicate an entire crop failure. If a particular fruit is not raised in your area, or if you have no knowledge about a crop, do not enter zero, but leave that cell blank.
