The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) requests approval for non-substantive change to NASSâs Confidentiality Pledge. In the summer of 2025, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requested that NASS update its confidentiality pledge. This change to NASS Confidentiality Pledge would affect all surveys conducted under NASSâs 34 active Information Collections (ICs).

NASS proposes a programmatic change to the Florida citrus data collection strategy by discontinuing the Florida Citrus Processors Inquiry and incorporating Florida into the Quarterly Citrus Survey. This change will align Floridaâs data collection with the methodology used in other citrus-producing states and streamline internal operations. Although this adjustment does not reduce respondent burden, it enhances consistency across states and improves operational efficiency.
