The Create Your Retirement Benefit Estimate page allows users to receive a snap shot
of estimated retirement benefits.

Your Retirement Benefit Estimate page displays the estimate results for the user and
allows them to create additional scenarios.

The “Unable to Complete Your Request at this Time” page will be displayed after a
request can not be processed due to a system error. This page informs the users that their
request can not be processed at this time.

The “This Service Is Not Available At This Time” page will be displayed when a
request is made during unavailable hours. (Hours outside of what is shown below in LC2). This page informs user that the service they are requesting is not available at that time.

The We Are Processing Your Request page will be displayed when Java Script is
disabled and when the user performs multiple clicks on the same button while the next
page is loading. This page informs the users that their request is being processed.
