The Commission is reporting a 200 hour decrease adjustment in burden which is due to four fewer responses since the last time this information collection was submitted to OMB for review and approval in 2006. In 2007, the Commission approved the merger between AT&T Inc (AT&T) and Bell South Corporation (Bell South). Thus, the annual burden has been adjusted to account for this merger.
