The purpose of this collection is to

burden hours from the previous approval period. The difference is
the result of including the Federal Financial Assistance (FFA)
awards (i.e., grants and cooperative agreements) under the Federal
Grants and Cooperative Agreements Act (FGCAA) to support agency
specific authorities and appropriations to this collection.
