There was an increase in the burden hours for the two forms associated with this information collection due to new estimates by CBP in the time per response.

In addition, there was an overall decrease in burden hours for this information collection because “Advance Notice of Aircraft Landings” was removed from this ICR. This adjustment was made because the regulation that provides for this Program is covered by information collection 1651-0088 (Passenger and Crew Manifest- APIS).
