Abstract: CBP Forms 442 and 442A are used by private flyers to obtain a waiver for landing requirements and normal CBP processing at designated airports along the southern border. The CBP regulations also require owners and operators of some commercial aircraft to request CBP permission to land at least 30 days before the first flight date.
