The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• Increase in burden (respondents/responses/burden hours) is an ADJUSTMENT due to an increase in the vessel population. Population data is derived from a new Coast Guard database—MISLE. Additionally, the large increase in responses is due to the correction of an error in the calculation of the figure for the Record Keeping Requirements found at 46 CFR 151.45-7. In past submissions, the number of responses for recordkeeping was not included in the total number of responses for the ICR. This ICR corrects that error.

• Updates are provided for cost burden and government cost associated with this collection of information.

If the number of responses would have been recorded properly in the previous approval there would have only been an increase of 24261.93 responses with this submission.
