Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved with the following terms of clearance: RATB is approved an emergency clearance to meet American Reinvestment Recovery Act (ARRA) requirements. Abstract: Section 1512 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 requires recipients of Federal financial assistance - grants, cooperative agreements, contracts and loans - to report on the use of funds. These recipient reports are to be submitted via FederalReporting.gov.

Emergency Justfication: The first reporting date for recipients to report information required under section 1512 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 is no later than October 10, 2009.
