Abstract: Prior notification at least thirty days of any proposal or presentation concerning the sale of significant military equipment when valued $14M or more and equipment is intended for use by the armed forces of any foreign country other than a member of NATO, Australia, New Zealand or Japan and involving an export of any defense article or furnishing abroad of any defense service including technical data and the identical significant military equipment that has been previously licensed for permanent export or approved under the Foreign Military Sales......Changes in burden are based on what was actually received in FY08.
