Short Statement: The increase in burden hours can be attributed to the Interim Rule titled "Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Transitional Worker Classifcication: RIN 1615-AB76". The decrease in cost is attributed to an error in USCIS' last submission. USCIS inadvertenly listed the fee as $340 instead of the correct fee of $320.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
