In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for 3 years. Upon resubmission, if the collection retains its current form, by which a designated group of respondents engage in regulatory reporting rather fall subject to statistical study and methods, the agency has agreed to move the explanations in Part B of the supporting statement to part A. In addition, the agency will not indicate the collection employs statistical methods. Finally, it is suggested that upon resubmission, the agency revisit concerns raised about duplication of efforts and clarification of instructions and make additional efforts to address these concerns.
