Ballistic Body Armor Model Application

This application must be completed for each armor model and submitted to the NIJ Compliance Testing Program (CTP) Manager at the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center (NLECTC - National) via mail to 2277 Research Blvd., MS 8J, Rockville, MD 20850 or email to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the completed application, NLECTC - National will issue a test identification number for this model via email to the applicant.
