Section 4 of the Assistive Technology
(AT) Act of 1998, as amended, requires states to submit annual data
reports. This instrument helps the grantees report annual data
related to the required activities implemented by the State under
the AT Act. This data is used by Rehabilitation Services
Administration (RSA) in order to prepare required annual reports to
Congress. RSA calls this data collection an Annual Progress
Report.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
