Abstract: This collection comprises the disclosure and recordkeeping requirements for state non-member banks associated with the Basel II advanced capital adequacy framework. The data is used by the FDIC to determine risk-based capital requirements, an institution's qualification for application of the rule, and the adequacy of a qualifying bank's risk-based capital.
