Your help is needed in supplying information on the progress, development and price of fruit crops in Colorado. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law. However, cooperation is very important in order to accurately estimate Colorado’s fruit production.
Please complete and return this report in the enclosed postage paid envelope. Your individual report is confidential and used only with other reports for statistical purposes. Thank you for your cooperation. |
