In order to provide information on the quantity of grapes processed from the 2008 crop, the operator of each processing plant is being asked to complete and return this inquiry. Your cooperation is very important in order to estimate Ohio’s grape production accurately. Please report separately the quantity of Concord and Niagara grapes received.


By law (Section 1770, Food Security Act of 1985) your report to us is confidential and may be used only for statistical purposes by this office. If your facility did not process grapes in 2008, kindly return this form with a statement to that effect in the enclosed self-addressed postage paid envelope.
