Short Statement: The change in the burden hours from the current approved collection of 661,149 hours to 156,908.5 hours resulted from more accurate data regarding the forms used to export product. In the previous submission, FSIS had overestimated the number of burden hours associated with completing and submitting the Application for Export Certificate by over 500,000 hours.
