The following revisions are in response to Lessons Learned feedback from industry,
feedback from bid reviewers and internal feedback from within CMS. They do not result
in a change to the estimated burden.
1) Updated labels: Annual update of displayed labels (for example: CY2010 → CY2011)

Reason: Fields not applicable for MA-only plans and EGWP plans. Lessons learned
comment from industry/reviewers/CMS, to improve accuracy/clarity of BPT.

September 17, 2009 Revisions
There are no structural changes to the BPT. The “Contract Year” labels were updated.
The revisions were necessary for accuracy. The revisions were not made as the result of
a change in statute or regulation and neither increase nor decrease the burden.
