collection duplicates information already gathered via APIS and
other electronic sources, DHS has agreed to phase it out over the
next year. Accordingly, this collection is only approved for one
year while DHS works with Commerce to establish data sharing for
the information currently provided by the I-92. DHS is required to
submit to an update on the phase-out to OIRA six months after the
approval of this extension.
