Section 1.2105 requires several information collecion requirements. There are certification reporting requirements. Among other things, it requires any auction applicant that makes or receives a communication of bids or bidding strategies prohibited by this section, to report such a communication to the Commission in writing immediately, but in no case later than five business days after the communication occurs.
