Abstract: The COPS Hiring Recovery Program (CHRP) progress report is a short report that supplements the OMB mandated quarterly report for Recovery Act recipients with information that the COPS Office requires for proper grant management and performance measurement. Ultimately, the CHRP progress report will be merged with the already approved COPS Hiring Progress Report collection, but to meet OMB mandated timelines on performance measurement, this collection needs to continue to be a separate collection until the merged report is completed and approved by OMB.
