The APTA Certificate of Origin time per response was number was adjusted from 6 minutes to 10 minutes; the total number of responses for the APTA Certificate of Origin was lowered from 48,000 to 4,266 as a result of better estimates by CBP; and the new ATPDEA Form 449 was added to this information collection.
