Recordkeeping and reporting
obligations incurred by Federal contractors under E.O. 11246,
Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Section 4212 of
the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act are necessary
to substantiate compliance with nondiscrimination and affirmative
action requirements enforced by OFCCP.

The reason for the additional
burden hours was an increase in the number of supply and service
contractors from 83,462 to 99,028, an increase of 15,566
contractors.
