Internal Policy Review Survey for Stakeholders (printable version)

Introduction
USCIS is conducting a top-to-bottom review of all agency guidance and policy memoranda. Please inform us of your thoughts on the areas of USCIS policy and guidance that should be reviewed. Your opinion will assist us in serving you with the highest level of efficiency, transparency, consistency, and integrity.

We will consider your feedback in determining the priorities for our review of USCIS guidance and policy. This questionnaire is not intended to address statutory changes to immigration law. Your responses are voluntary and will be kept confidential. We will not share them with persons other than those working on this survey, and only aggregate information from respondents will be used or published.

Directions

Please complete the questions as follows:

1. Under each category, please use the drop-down menus to rank your first, second, and third priority in that issue area.

2. If you are not familiar with the area of policy addressed by a specific question, or you have no opinion, please indicate that by selecting “N/A” in the drop-down menu.

3. While we put together a broad list, if a policy of interest to you is not listed, please select "other" in the drop-down box and elaborate in the comment section.
