The Consumer Product Safety Commission is conducting focus groups to solicit and obtain direct feedback from consumers on issues related to product safety such as recall effectiveness, product use, and perceptions regarding safety issues. Staff have updated the supporting statement to further define the type of focus groups we will be considering and how the information will be used. Burden estimate has been increased to cover two new focus group initiatives.
