The Ninth Report and Order solicited comment on service rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 1710-1755 MHz and 2110-2155 MHz bands, including provisions for applications, licensing, operating and technical rules, and for competitive bidding. With this submission, the Commission is submitting the Ninth Report and Order, to OMB for review and approval.
The Commission is reporting a decrease in the number of responses to (1,716 in 2007 to 1,630 in 2010); a 3,232 hour increase in the total annual burden and a $2,140,000 decrease in annual costs. These estimates have been re-calculated to reflect more accurate estimates.
