Step 1. Place the top right axle bracket (#1) on top of the right axle. Align the two holes of the
axle bracket with the holes of the tractor axle. Place right tractor fender on top of axle bracket,
align all holes. Insert two axle bolts (B3) down through the fender and axle bracket bolt holes
(head of bolt will be on top) and through the holes of the tractor axle. These bolts must be
minimum Grade 5 and have the appropriate markings.

Step 2. Align and install the bottom right axle bracket (#2) to the bottom of the tractor axle using
the two-hole bolt pattern of the axle bracket and the two bolts inserted in step 1. If needed, align
and install the bottom right lower link support bracket to the bottom of the axle bracket (for the
draw bar link). Install lock washers (W1) and nuts (N2) to axle bolts (B3). Tighten bolts and
nuts until axle brackets are “snug tight” to axle.
Step 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the left tractor axle using left top axle bracket (#3), left bottom
axle bracket (#4), corresponding bolts (B3), lock washers (W1) and hex nuts (N2).

Step 4. Adjust left and right axle bracket sets (with hammer taps if needed) so that the inside
measurement from the left to right axle bracket is 32 inches.

vertical tube (#6L) and the bottom hole of the vertical tube backing plate (#7) use locking
washer (W1) and nut (N2) and create a snug fit.
Step 6. Insert bolt (B1) into the vertical tubing bolted brace (#5) and the vertical tube welded
brace (#12) [this is welded to part (#6L)] use washer (W1) and nut (N1) to create a snug fit.

Step 7. Rotate the vertical tube (#6L) towards the front of the tractor insert bolt (B4) through
washer (W3) and the slotted opening in the left top axle bracket (#3) and the corresponding hole
in the vertical tube (#6L) and through the vertical tube backing plate (#7), tighten using washer
(W2) and nut (N3) to create a snug.

Step 10. Rotate the corner plate aligning the bottom hole of the corner plate (#10) with the
lower of the two top holes on the vertical tube (#6L) and the bottom hole of vertical tube
backing plate (#11), Insert bolt (B5) through these holes and secure a snug fit with a washer
(W2) and a nut (N3).

Step 12. Insert bolt (B1) into the vertical tubing bolted brace (#5) and the vertical tube welded
brace (#12) [this is welded to part (#6R)] use washer (W1) and nut (N1) to create a snug fit.

Step 13. Rotate the vertical tube (#6R) towards the front of the tractor insert bolt (B4) and

fit with washer (W2) and nut (N3).
Step 18. Rotate the cross bar (#9) towards the right vertical tube (#6R) and insert bolt (B6)
through the outside hole of cross bar (#9), the crossbar backing plate (#8), and secure a snug fit
with washer (W2) and nut (N3).

Step 19. Insert bolts (B4) through the remaining inside holes of the corner plates (#10), the
cross bar (#9) and the crossbar backing plate (#8) create a snug fit with a washer (W2) and a nut
(N3). Snug the connection made in step 17.
