The primary purpose of the data collection is to obtain objective data from E-Verify users in anticipation of the enactment of mandatory state and/or national employment eligibility verification programs for all or a substantial number of employers. The evaluation will examine the proper implementation of the E-Verify program and the advantages and disadvantages of such a program from the perspectives of different types of users.
