Section 104(b) of the Consumer Product
Safety Improvement Act of 2008 requires the CPSC promulgate
consumer product safety standards for durable infant or toddler
products. The Commission is issuing a safety standard for infant
walkers that contains requirements for marking and instructional
literature that are collections of information under the
PRA.

falling within the definition of "collections of information" under
the PRA.
