Abstract: The regulations expand the requirement that foreign graduate medical schools identify all clinical locations utilized by its students, with explicit exceptions. The regulations also add that a foreign graduate medical school must notify the Department within 10 days that it adds a location that provides a portion of its clinical training unless the program is accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or meets an additional explicit exception.
