Dear Grape Processor:
This inquiry is being mailed to all wineries and/or processing plants located in New York State who press fresh grapes. The purpose of this inquiry is to obtain information on the quantity of grapes processed by area of production and by variety. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law. However, cooperation is very important to the accuracy of New York estimates.
All information supplied in answer to the following questions will be treated in confidence. We also will not publish any information which might reveal individual plant operations. Thank you for your cooperation.
