Subject: Non-substantive Change Request for Generic Sub-Study, “NCI Cancer.gov Evolution - User Focus Groups and Triads”

(OMB No. 0925-0046, Expiration Date 2/28/13)

I am requesting a non-substantive, non-material change to the title of the generic sub-study that was approved on 8/13/2010.

The original title was “Sub-study #3_NCI Cancer.gov Evolution – User focus Groups and Triads.”

The requested change is for the sub-study number from #3 to #2. The new title should be: “Sub-study #2_NCI Cancer.gov Evolution – User focus Groups and Triads.”¹ The request for the change is for both the ICRAS and ROCIS systems.

The change will be consistent with the uploaded files for this sub-study which begin with the prefix #2, indicating that this is the second sub-study of the generic submission package #0925-0046 (A Generic Submission for Formative Research, Pretesting, and Customer Satisfaction of NCI’s Office of Communication and Education Resources).
