with the routine uses and disclosure sections re-written. The urls

The information collected is used by
the Pentagon Force Protection Agency to verify need and to issue a
DOD Buidling Pass to individuals who regularly work in or require
frequent and continuing access to DOD-owned or occupied buildings
in the National Capital Region. Individuals may be DOD personnel,
other authorized U.S. Government personnel, and DoD consultants and
experts.
