Abstract: This information will be used to determine eligibility and distribute disaster assistance payments to eligible producers of soybeans, upland cotton, long grain rice, medium and short grain rice, and sweet potatoes located in counties with a primary Secretarials disaster designation due to extensive moisture or related conditions in 2009.
