Short Statement: There has been an adjustment in the number of annual burden hours to reflect an expected increase in claims caused by amendments to the Black Lung Benefits Act enacted in March 2010. The number of forms is expected to increase from 1,350 to 1,650, and the number of burden hours from 675 to 825.
