The Visa Compliance System (VCS) is
the mechanism by which foreign nationals receive approval for J
visa eligibility for travel to the United States to attend
USAID-funded training and education. Data is pushed to VCS from
TraiNet. VCS then pushes data to the Department of Homeland
Security's Student and Exchange Visitor Information System
(SEVIS).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
