Abstract: The Visa Compliance System (VCS) is the mechanism by which foreign nationals receive approval for J visa eligibility for travel to the United States to attend USAID-funded training and education. Data is pushed to VCS from TraiNet. VCS then pushes data to the Department of Homeland Security's Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
